For non-members of the Freemasons:
Donation of $300.00 +$150.00 CASH security/cleaning deposit for every 6 hour rental block (8 AM to 10 PM). The security/cleaning deposit is refundable if there is no damage or excessive mess.

For members of the the Freemasons:
Donation of $150.00 +$75.00 CASH security/cleaning deposit for every 6 hour rental block (8 AM to 10 PM). The security/cleaning deposit is refundable if there is no damage or excessive mess.

The donation fee includes:

• seating for up to 80 people maximum
• kitchen use or use of any caterer you desire
• use of the 50 inch Plasma HDTV for visual presentations
• use of the 125 Watt 5.1 surround sound stereo
• access to the Wi-Fi and high speed internet
• parking for up to 25 automobiles
